This includes business details, product or service information, pricing, offers, disclaimers, claims, contact information, deadlines, brand materials, images, logos, testimonials, and any required legal disclosures.
You agree that you will not submit false, misleading, unlawful, infringing, deceptive, defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, or unauthorized content for use in your project.
You are responsible for reviewing all final materials before using, publishing, printing, posting, distributing, or advertising them.
3. Advertising Claims and Compliance
Hometown Growth Co. may help create ad concepts, headlines, visuals, copy, captions, and promotional messaging. However, you are responsible for making sure all claims about your business, product, service, pricing, results, experience, guarantees, testimonials, endorsements, discounts, deadlines, availability, or performance are accurate, truthful, and legally compliant.
You agree not to request or approve advertising content that is false, deceptive, misleading, unsupported, unfair, or otherwise improper.
If your ad includes claims such as “best,” “guaranteed,” “proven,” “number one,” “limited time,” “results,” “before and after,” “customer testimonial,” “income claim,” “health claim,” “legal claim,” “financial claim,” or other regulated or performance-based language, you are responsible for having proof, authorization, and legally appropriate disclosures.
Hometown Growth Co. reserves the right to refuse, revise, or remove any requested language, claim, image, or concept that appears misleading, unlawful, unsupported, inappropriate, or outside the scope of our services.

You have permission to use them.

Some Hometown Growth Co. services may include AI-assisted images, videos, scripts, copy, concepts, graphics, or other creative elements.
You understand and agree that AI-assisted creative work may require review, editing, correction, resizing, regeneration, or adjustment. AI-generated or AI-assisted materials may contain errors, distortions, inaccurate text, visual inconsistencies, or elements that need human review.
You are responsible for reviewing and approving final materials before use. Hometown Growth Co. does not guarantee that AI-assisted content will be accepted by every advertising platform, social platform, print vendor, or third-party service.
6. Orders, Payment, and Project Start
Payment terms depend on the service purchased.
Unless otherwise stated:
-
Single services may require payment in full before work begins.
-
Larger projects may require a deposit before work begins.
-
Final files may be withheld until payment is complete.
-
Monthly packages are billed upfront unless otherwise agreed in writing.
-
Rush work may require full payment upfront and may include additional fees.
A project is not considered active until payment is received and the required project details form is completed.
7. Project Details Form
After placing an order, you may be asked to complete a project details form. This form helps Hometown Growth Co. understand what you want in your ad, who the ad is for, what the ad should accomplish, what offer or message should be featured, and what brand details should be used.
Delays in completing the form may delay project delivery.
If the information provided is incomplete, unclear, conflicting, or missing required materials, Hometown Growth Co. may pause the project until clarification is received.
8. Revisions
Each service includes the number of revisions stated in the service description or invoice.
A revision means a reasonable adjustment to the original project direction. Examples include minor wording changes, small design edits, layout adjustments, or reasonable refinements.
Revisions do not include a complete change of direction, a new concept, a new offer, a different business, a different service, a new campaign, or a full redesign after approval.
Additional revisions may require an additional fee.
9. Turnaround Times
Turnaround times are estimates only and may vary based on project complexity, workload, client response time, revision requests, missing information, third-party platform issues, AI generation delays, file requirements, or other factors outside our control.
Hometown Growth Co. will make reasonable efforts to complete projects in a timely manner, but we do not guarantee exact delivery times unless confirmed in writing.
10. Client-Provided Materials
You may provide logos, photos, videos, brand colors, fonts, business information, product images, testimonials, screenshots, written copy, or other materials for use in your project.
By submitting materials, you confirm that:
-
You own the materials or have permission to use them.
-
The materials do not violate copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
-
Hometown Growth Co. has permission to use the materials for your project.
-
The information provided is accurate and legally usable.
You agree to hold Hometown Growth Co. harmless from claims related to materials you provide.
11. Ownership and Usage Rights
After full payment is received, you may use the final approved project files for your business marketing, advertising, social media, website, print, and promotional purposes.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Hometown Growth Co. retains ownership of working files, drafts, rejected concepts, templates, source files, prompt systems, internal methods, project workflows, unused concepts, and proprietary creative processes.

13. Print Design and Printing Responsibility
For print design services, Hometown Growth Co. may provide print-ready files based on the information and specifications provided by the client.
Printing costs are not included unless specifically stated in writing.

Hometown Growth Co. is not responsible for printing errors, color variations, vendor issues, paper quality, shipping delays, rejected print files, or mistakes approved by the client.
14. Third-Party Platforms
